Water Intrusion Problems - Ignored by management and LW BOD
September 30, 2018 no rain in more than 2 days. This is the second time for water intrusion in the ballroom storage room. Water remains on the floor ballroom storage room.
September 30, 2018 no rain in more than 2 days. This is the second time for water intrusion in the ballroom storage room. Water remains on the floor ballroom storage room.
Clubhouse I water intrusion/leak (in the ballroom storage room) happened on September 9, and the PPD engineers were in the Stein Room storage area on September 10. It is unclear if the leak spotted by the two PPD employees is what caused the water intrusion in the ballroom storage room. The video below was taken on September 23, 2018 when water intrusion recurred in the same storage room.

On September 18, 2018, PPD was made aware of the PVC pipe either installed incorrectly or out of alignment. The below video was taken on September 23, 2018 and no corrective action taken by PPD.

PPD was notified of this issue on September 18, 2018 and no corrective action taken as of date of this video - September 23, 2018.
