If Tom Snyder isn’t doing his job that is fine, Kevin may not know anything about it, the board may not know anything about it, but you have to take it up the chain of command. EDITORIAL COMMENT: The chain of command only applies to the LW board down to the General Manager. Resident have no chain of command to follow.

Henry Jordan: said it is not true. if the pictures were sent to Tom Snyder and nothing happened that is a problem, it doesn’t mean that an employee who is not doing his job, will tell his boss he is not doing his job, I am not excusing it I think you have show definitive problems here, the question who is aware of it and what not, the general manager is in charge of everything and the bucks stops here

Not once did HJ state that he would personally take this to the board with any kind of action or to get back to TMO, he didn’t say he was interested in viewing all the other pictures on the JustUs website etc.
